Growing Pains:  why change is painful

Michelle is a registered psychotherapist who's been helping people since 2011.  In her younger years, Michelle was unsure of herself, easily pushed around and often second-guessing decisions and even her desires.  She often found herself in unhealthy relationships because of these issues.

The last straw, a very unhealthy business-friend relationship lead her to reflect on what kept happening and how to stop it.  From there, she developed the 4-step system for shifting patterns that no longer serve us.  

 

First, it worked for her!  Michelle began her own business doing what she loves and moved past the limiting beliefs that kept her from success and her own "bigness."  She now inspires other people to do the same and guides them on the path to getting there.
